Ingredients (serves 6): 150g Maize-semolina Fioretto, 75g flour, 120g sugar, 100g butter, 3 egg yolks, salt. Greaseproof paper.
Preparation: sift the flour, add the sugar, the salt, the butter and the egg yolks. Mix well. Roll out the dough half cm and cut it into small square. Place the biscuits on the greaseproof paper and bake for about 15 minutes; temperature 180°C.
